HORIBA’s Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) analyze and report pollutant emissions to the atmosphere from stationary emission sources. HORIBA CEMS are installed in coal-fired, oil-fired, and biomass power plants, waste incinerators, cement plants, kraft pulp mills, and many other industries worldwide. HORIBA CEMS enable compliance with environmental regulations requiring facilities to continuously monitor, limit, and submit continuous records of their emissions. HORIBA CEMS are also used for process control and optimization. The benefits of knowing “what” and “the amount” being emitted to the atmosphere can help make a plant run more efficiently and reduce pollutants emissions.

HORIBA ‘s Process Gas Analyzers are engineered to order, specially adjusted to each customer’s sample gas conditions, and equipped with a customized preconditioning system. The Multi-Component Gas Analyzer VA-5000 can simultaneously measure up to four gas components (CO, CO2, CH4, N2O, NO, SO2, NH3, NOx, O2, Siloxane). HORIBA also offers trace gas monitors and process laser gas analyzers.
